School Behavioral Systems Analysis

· We provide a comprehensive analysis of the school’s/district’s systems as they relate to student behavior, including policy & procedure review.

Behavior Support Systems for Schools

· We provide consultative assistance to schools/districts in developing individualized systems that provide the necessary support, training and tools for staff  to proactively provide positive non-physical behavioral interventions.

Implementation Assistance for Behavior Support Systems

· We will provide ongoing training, support and implementation assistance for the school/district to implement the individualized behavior support system, and ongoing technical assistance for a pre-determined period of time.

Communication Systems

· We will provide assessment and recommendations to improve existing communication systems and styles that promote teamwork and empowerment of staff throughout the school/district.

Staff Supervision

· We will provide assessment and recommendations to improve existing employee supervision and staff development plans, including performance measurement systems.
